Also at the concluding conference, Mr. Pham Dang Khoa, Head of the Education and Training Department of District 3, outlined the targets for the 2024-2025 school year that the district's education sector will implement, including: 100% of preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools meeting the criteria of "happy schools"; 100% of primary schools continuing to effectively implement the model of learning through play, creative experiences, and integrating digital citizenship education content into the curriculum; the percentage of students attending half-day and two-session/day classes at the preschool level is 99%, at the primary level is 100%, and at the secondary level is 75%; 100% of students from 6 years old will learn a foreign language, and secondary schools will be encouraged to teach a second foreign language.
