The T&T - SHB Cultural Festival is not only a major internal cultural and artistic event, but also a powerful declaration of the spirit of innovation, creativity, and strong development aspirations of 80,000 employees in the T&T Group system.

On March 15th, at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi), T&T Group and SHB Bank successfully organized the SHB - T&T Cultural Festival 2025 with the message "Stepping into a New Era". This was not just an internal activity, but also a grand cultural and artistic event of high symbolic value, clearly demonstrating the innovative spirit of two leading economic organizations in Vietnam.

The explosion of national spirit and Vietnamese aspirations.

For the first time, a corporate cultural event was organized in the format of the Olympic opening ceremony, bringing together over 15,000 people representing a total of 80,000 employees in the system. The selection criteria prioritized direct production workers in both domestic and international sectors of T&T Group and SHB – those who had never had the opportunity to experience such a large-scale cultural event. Together, they created a magnificent and inspiring cultural and artistic space, imbued with national spirit and the cultural imprint of the businesses.

A special highlight of the event was the ceremony of requesting the flame and carrying the torch from Hung Temple, a symbol of the nation's origins and indomitable spirit, passed down through time. The flame, welcomed from the ancestral land, passed down through generations of T&T – SHB leaders and employees, and lit at the flame stand in My Dinh Stadium, has become a vivid testament to T&T Group and SHB's commitment to building and developing the country.

The atmosphere at the Cultural Festival became even more majestic and moving during the sacred moment when over 15,000 people sang the national anthem in unison, setting a new Vietnamese record for the largest number of people participating in the flag-raising ceremony and singing the national anthem at a corporate event. In particular, the presence of the family of the late composer Van Cao, the author of the national anthem, further enhanced the profound significance of the event.

In an inspiring speech at the event, Mr. Do Quang Hien - Executive Chairman of T&T Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB Bank - conveyed the message "Steadily Stepping into a New Era" as a comprehensive and powerful call to action to more than 80,000 employees throughout the system.
