Nghe An organizes an experience exchange program in the creative labor emulation movement

The event is part of the 2025 creative labor forum, with the participation of representatives of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of the Nghia Dan District Labor Federation and union officials and outstanding union members in creative labor across the province.

At the program, the representative of the TH Milk Joint Stock Company's Trade Union gave an overview of the unit's activities in recent years. At the same time, he introduced the process of researching, perfecting and applying the initiative "Automatic packaging system" which was awarded the "Creative Labor" Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This initiative not only reduces labor costs by 30% but also increases packaging productivity by 25%, while ensuring food hygiene and safety.

The initiatives recorded in recent times clearly demonstrate the creative working spirit of the engineers and workers of TH Milk Factory, and at the same time, affirm the role of the trade union in organizing the movement, ensuring the necessary conditions for research and creative labor. For many years, at TH Milk Joint Stock Company, the creative labor movement has become a consistent culture and a driving force for development.

At the program, delegates enthusiastically discussed the contents related to building innovative topics, ways to mobilize workers to participate in the movement, plans to replicate the model to other units, linking expertise and trade unions, helping initiatives not only stop at ideas but also go into production practice... From there, they gained more good and practical experiences in building creative labor movements at the unit.

Concluding the program, comrade Nguyen Chi Cong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the proactive and creative spirit of TH Milk Joint Stock Company in particular and TH Group in general, and at the same time, requested grassroots unions and units to learn from experience and continue to spread the creative labor movement widely.

The program is not only an opportunity to honor effective initiatives and models, but also affirms the determination to innovate the way trade unions operate: from praising and encouraging to directly supporting and replicating typical examples. In the context of Nghe An promoting industrial and service development, the creative labor movement of workers and laborers will be an important factor contributing to improving productivity, quality and competitiveness of products, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the locality.
