The event was held within the framework of the 2025 Creative Labor Forum, with the participation of representatives from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of the Nghia Dan District Labor Federation, and outstanding trade union officials and members in creative labor throughout the province.
At the event, representatives from the Trade Union of TH Milk Joint Stock Company gave a brief overview of the company's activities over the past years. They also introduced the research, development, and application process of the "Automated Packaging System" initiative, which was awarded the "Creative Labor" certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This initiative not only reduces labor costs by 30% but also increases packaging productivity by 25%, while ensuring food safety and hygiene.
The initiatives recognized over the past period clearly demonstrate the creative spirit of the engineers and workers at TH Dairy Factory, while also affirming the role of the trade union in organizing the movement and ensuring the necessary conditions for research and innovation. For many years, at TH Dairy Joint Stock Company, the creative labor movement has become a pervasive culture and a driving force for development.
During the program, delegates engaged in lively discussions on topics related to developing innovative ideas, methods for mobilizing workers to participate in the movement, strategies for replicating the model in other units, and fostering collaboration between professional departments and trade unions to ensure that innovations remain just ideas but are put into practical production. This resulted in valuable and practical experiences in building a creative labor movement within their units.
Concluding the program, Comrade Nguyen Chi Cong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union - highly appreciated the proactive and creative spirit of the TH Milk Joint Stock Company in particular and the TH Group in general, and at the same time, suggested that grassroots trade unions and units learn from this experience and continue to spread the creative labor movement widely.
The program is not only an opportunity to honor effective initiatives and models, but also affirms the determination to innovate the working methods of trade unions: from commendation and encouragement to direct support and replication of exemplary models. In the context of Nghe An's accelerated industrial and service development, the creative labor movement of workers will be an important factor contributing to improving productivity, quality, and competitiveness of products, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the locality.
As part of the program, the delegation visited the production line of TH Milk Joint Stock Company, which boasts numerous innovative initiatives that have generated billions of dong in profits, and a dairy farm with modern and advanced technology.
