Mr. Nguyen Quang Huynh, born in 1957, is a veteran of the war against the US, who suffered an accident that left him disabled, dependent on a wheelchair, and completely unable to work. Mr. Huynh's family is in difficult circumstances; his wife is in poor health and lacks stable employment; the entire family lives in a severely dilapidated single-story house that they cannot afford to repair or rebuild.
Given the circumstances, the 363rd Division reviewed the situation and requested the Air Defense - Air Force Command to allocate 60 million VND from the "For the Poor" Fund to support Mr. Huynh's family in building a house. Simultaneously, they coordinated with the local Party committee and government of Ha Nam commune to construct a "Great Solidarity House" for the family. The 50m² single-story house with enclosed outbuildings is expected to be completed and handed over to the family on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 2026).
