The Dutch beauty queen was crowned.

Tonight (June 24th), the Miss International Queen 2023 final officially takes place in Thailand. Dịu Thảo - the beauty queen wearing the Vietnam sash - and more than 20 contestants from various countries and territories will compete to find the winner of the Miss International Queen 2023 crown.

According to Dịu Thảo, she decided to choose the evening gown called "Inner Sparkle - Sparkling Heart" designed by Võ Tiến Đạt to wear at this important competition night. "This is Dịu Thảo's official design for the Miss International Queen 2023 final. This dress also accompanied Thảo and helped her shine at Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023. Today, Thảo wears this dress again with pride and gratitude..."

"Thảo will try her best to once again use this design to showcase her beauty, confidence, and compassionate heart to conquer the international beauty pageant arena. I hope everyone will support Dịu Thảo, cheer her on wholeheartedly in the final night, giving her the motivation to fight hard and break through more in this final stage, so that everyone can be proud of a girl from Vietnam," the beauty queen born in 2000 shared before the Miss International Transgender 2023 final.

Dịu Thảo appeared radiant on the stage of the Miss International Transgender 2023 final alongside the other contestants. She was unexpectedly announced as the winner of the National Costume award.

Dịu Thảo receiving the National Costume award came as a surprise to many beauty pageant enthusiasts. This was because the 2000-born beauty had previously encountered a problem controlling the train of her dress on stage, which was quite tight and had many steps, while performing in her 15kg costume called "Nàng phù sa" (The Alluvial Maiden). Therefore, during the National Costume segment, staff assisted Dịu Thảo in wearing the Vietnam sash to complete her performance.

Following the announcement of the winner of the National Costume award, Dịu Thảo and the other contestants showcased their evening gowns.

Thanks to her continued winning of the "Popular Vote" award, Dịu Thảo was the first contestant to be announced as a Top 11 finalist in Miss International Transgender 2023. Besides the beauty queen wearing the Vietnam sash, the MC announced the remaining Top 11 contestants as representatives from: the Philippines, the USA, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, China, Mexico, and Thailand.

According to the Miss International Transgender pageant organizers, the Top 6 included representatives from Thailand, the United States, Singapore, the Netherlands, the Philippines, and Mexico. Therefore, Dịu Thảo – the beauty queen wearing the Vietnam sash – was eliminated in the Top 11, leaving many beauty pageant enthusiasts disappointed.
