People need to verify all their active subscriptions.
To avoid communication disruptions due to incomplete subscriber information verification, customers who have obtained Level 2 identification can quickly verify their information on VNeID by: Logging into the application, selecting "Access integrated information verification feature," and choosing a phone number and confirming the number they are currently using.
Mobile network operators say the new regulations will strictly manage each individual subscriber number. For those who own only one phone number and have used it to register for an electronic identity account, VNeID will automatically update and integrate the information; no further action is required.

However, for those using multiple phone numbers, verifying information is mandatory for all owned SIMs. Accordingly, citizens must verify all SIMs, including secondary SIMs, update their facial photos, and standardize their information fully to ensure the data matches the national system. Next, citizens need to access the "Phone Number" section on the VNeID application to review the list of integrated subscriber numbers. Then, they need to confirm the usage status for all these SIMs.
If any step is skipped, users risk having their service temporarily suspended (outgoing calls), progressing to two-way blocking, and ultimately having their number permanently revoked according to regulations.

Users need to verify and synchronize the data of all their subscribers (including secondary SIMs) on the system.
Customers should verify their subscriber information early to receive offers from the network provider.
To verify mobile subscriber information, citizens can do so through one of the following four methods: via the VNeID application; online through the application owned by the mobile telecommunications service provider; in person at a transaction point established and owned by the telecommunications company; or in person at a location with a defined address authorized by the telecommunications company to register information.
To expedite the authentication process and reduce congestion at physical transaction points during peak periods, major telecommunications companies have implemented various technological solutions combined with practical incentive policies.

Mobile network operators like Viettel are strengthening their guidance and support for customers to complete the information verification process.
At Viettel, the network provider is offering promotional packages worth up to 50,000 VND to customers who successfully verify their account on the My Viettel and Viettel Tammi applications. Specifically, prepaid customers receive 25,000 VND in data and 25,000 VND in on-net call/text credit. Postpaid customers receive a discount of up to 50,000 VND on their monthly charges.
Additionally, the "Spread Verification" program awards 10,000 Viettel++ points for each successful referral of family and friends through MyViettel.
In particular, because the elderly customer group accounts for over 30% of those who have not yet completed the verification process, Viettel has implemented a program to send staff to their homes for support. People only need to call the toll-free hotline 1800 8098, press key 0 and provide their address and phone number to receive support.
Viettel has also set up 50,000 points to assist in verifying subscriber information down to the commune level and has partnered with major retail chains such as The Gioi Dien May and Dien May Xanh... to help people complete the procedures quickly.
Verifying subscriber information is not only a legal obligation but also a fundamental solution to protect each individual's "digital assets." Citizens are advised to proactively check their subscription status on the VNeID app and other network providers' platforms to maintain smooth and secure communication.
