Viettel 's short film, with the message "Awaken the creativity within you," has opened up an interesting dialogue about human thinking in the whirlwind of work and life.
There's a common paradox in modern life: the more mature we become and the more experience we accumulate, the more our curiosity and ability to see things in different, unique ways seem to shrink.
In this 3-minute short film, viewers follow the character's journey of growing up, from a young boy with a vivid imagination to adulthood and starting a family. Pressure and responsibility increase with each passing year, from academic achievements to maintaining a loving relationship, and finally, the heavy burden of being the family's breadwinner.

The short film "Awaken the Creativity Within You" was released by Viettel on the occasion of its 37th anniversary.
Following the character's journey, viewers can easily see reflections of themselves growing up. New experiments and risky ventures gradually give way to fixed and stable options. The willingness to try new things and embrace change is no longer as prevalent as before; instead, the old but safe choices prevail.
Through symbolic imagery, the film redefines creativity as a flexible problem-solving skill. There's the homemade binoculars – representing open-mindedness, reminding us of the free vision of childhood; and the flashcards plastered all over the house helping the boy solve a problem he once struggled with: the inability to memorize even the simplest English words.

The homemade binoculars are a childhood toy that opens up a colorful world of imagination for the protagonist.
Creativity can also transform tedious household chores into adventures with children, turning stress into joy. Even financial matters become easier when the piggy bank is managed with the simple thinking of a child, instead of the anxieties of an adult.
Through these everyday situations, the film reminds us of a reality: Creativity is not something far-fetched, but rather the ability to dare to change perspectives and experiment with new ways to optimize life, helping each individual proactively break through all limitations.
Creativity doesn't come from great inventions or innate talent, but rather from the ability to freely observe and find new solutions to familiar problems.

Through a creative lens, the pressures of adulthood are gradually resolved for the young man.
Just like the binoculars, a childhood toy the protagonist was once fascinated with, which was forgotten and covered in dust over time, but when he unexpectedly found and played with them again, the joy was just as intense as it was initially. Creativity is the same; it doesn't disappear with time, but is simply waiting to be awakened by a mindset that dares to experiment and change its perspective.
The message "Awaken the creativity within you" is subtly conveyed through real-life experiences, emphasizing that: Everyone must go through the journey of growing up, will face challenges and pressures, but if they know how to maintain the creative "lens" of childhood, each individual, in any position, can create joy for themselves and, further, create new, effective values.

Through this short film, Viettel wants to convey the message that creativity does not disappear with time, but remains within us, waiting to be awakened.
Creativity doesn't disappear with age, nor is it limited by space, conditions, or circumstances. On the contrary, it's an unlimited resource that everyone possesses, a hidden personal asset within themselves, just waiting to be awakened.
That is the spirit that Viettel has wanted to spread to the community throughout its 37 years of formation and development.
Viettel's founding anniversary is commemorated on International Children's Day (June 1st), serving as a reminder of the spirit of learning, exploration, and discovery . Viettel also designates June 1st as Innovation Day each year, a reminder of the need for a constant desire for new ideas and bold innovation.
