PSG fans: 'Mbappe is the problem'

According to Mundo Deportivo , Mbappe has received a lot of sarcastic messages on social media. One post read: "Thank you for leaving PSG, we will always be grateful to you." Another fan commented: "PSG is in the final, Mbappe must be heartbroken. He left PSG to win the Champions League, but PSG reached the final without you in the team."

One fan wrote: "Thank you for leaving the club. Mbappe was the problem. I'm really glad you left. We are much stronger without you."

However, not everyone was critical of Mbappe. Many Real Madrid fans defended him against the criticism from PSG fans. In a post directed at Mbappe by PSG fans, a Real fan commented: "What are PSG fans thinking? What did Kylian do to deserve this treatment? He gave his best."

On May 8, a quote from Luis Enrique in a documentary last year went viral on social media. In it, the PSG coach compared the team's defense system with and without Mbappe.

"I think the whole team will improve," said Enrique. "Having a player like Mbappe, who is free to roam around the system, makes me lose control of the game. Next season, I will control everything, no exceptions."

Mbappe has not posted anything since PSG reached the Champions League final. He is currently preparing for the El Clasico against Barcelona in La Liga on May 11.
