According to the Lam Dong Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion, the program was organized to respond to the policy of stimulating domestic tourism in 2026, strengthen linkages in tourism development within the province, and create opportunities for people to explore the cultural, natural and human values in different regions of the province.
This will foster a habit of experiencing and exploring destinations within the province among local people; strengthen connections between the eastern, central, and western regions of the province; and promote the image, culture, people, and unique tourism products of Lam Dong.

The program will be implemented from June to the end of 2026, coinciding with holidays, festivals, and cultural, sports, and tourism events in the province. This is also a solution to create a stable source of tourists for tourism businesses, expand the domestic tourism market, improve service quality and the competitiveness of the tourism industry, contributing to achieving the goal of welcoming over 25 million tourists in 2026.
To ensure the program's effectiveness, the Lam Dong Provincial Tourism Association was tasked with mobilizing its members to actively participate and develop preferential product and service packages for local residents. Simultaneously, it was instructed to strengthen business connections to create inter-regional tours and routes between key areas, leveraging strengths in resort, eco-tourism, cultural, agricultural, community, and adventure sports tourism.
Travel agencies, accommodation providers, transportation companies, restaurants, and tourist attractions are also encouraged to develop discount and incentive programs for residents living, studying, and working in the province. Many programs such as "Golden Month of Intra-Provincial Tourism," "A Trip Home for Every Family," and incentive packages for officials, civil servants, employees, students, and pupils are encouraged to be implemented.
Alongside stimulating demand, businesses must ensure service quality, publicly display prices, and avoid unreasonable price increases during peak seasons; build a friendly, safe, and civilized tourism environment; improve the quality of human resources serving tourism; and promote communication on digital platforms.
Through this program, every citizen is encouraged to become a tourism ambassador, introducing the destinations, tourism products, culture, and people of Lam Dong to friends, relatives, and tourists.
