Regarding the case of a mother and daughter found dead in their home in Ha Tinh , by the evening of May 27th, after autopsy and scene investigation, authorities determined that Mrs. P. had died approximately one month prior. Her body was found on the bed covered with a blanket, showing signs of decomposition, but her bones were undisturbed.

Regarding Mrs. N., she was wearing normal clothes, had no injuries, and only her feet were decomposed. She was determined to have died approximately 5 days prior, with the cause of death being a myocardial infarction (heart attack). Police also inspected the household but found no signs of disturbance. The Cam Xuyen District Police are continuing their investigation into the case.
Earlier, at around 9:00 AM on May 27th, residents of Trung Doai village (Cam Duong commune) were surprised to notice a strong odor emanating from the house of Ms. Phan Thi P. (born in 1937). Upon checking, they were horrified to discover Ms. P.'s body on the bed, and her daughter, Phan Thi N. (born in 1976), dead on the porch.
The incident was immediately reported to the authorities. Upon receiving the report, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ha Tinh Provincial Police, in coordination with the Cam Xuyen District Police, arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the incident.
It is known that Mrs. P. and her daughter live together. Both are receiving benefits for people with mental illness.
