In particular, after the Politburo issued Resolution No. 09, dated January 28, 2022 on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045, which clearly stated the construction and development of Nha Trang as a core urban area, one of the three key economic and social breakthrough areas of the province, the city has clearly identified its goals and driving forces to rise strongly.
