In implementing the 2024 voluntary blood donation plan, the Thanh Son District Red Cross Society actively advised the District Blood Donation Steering Committee to deploy blood donation activities and honor individuals with outstanding achievements in voluntary blood donation.

After two blood donation drives, the district collected 1,192 units of blood and honored 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in blood donation mobilization and activities in 2024. To achieve these results, the Steering Committee actively promoted propaganda; creating close and synchronized coordination between the Standing Office of the Steering Committee and agencies, units, departments, and organizations in the work of disseminating information and mobilizing cadres, Party members, and the people to actively participate in blood donation. In particular, at the programs, many families had parents, children, spouses, siblings, etc., participating in blood donation together, thereby creating motivation and spreading the spirit of love and responsibility towards the community.
