Visiting Liêng Bông village (Lạc Dương commune) today, one can sense the model of a residential area with sturdy, spacious houses and wide, paved roads. Many effective economic models have also contributed to improving the quality of life for the people here... According to the Head of the Village Front Committee, Kon Sơ K'Hin, this is clear evidence of skillful mass mobilization work, where the Party committee, government, and people work together to build an advanced new rural village.
As a remote village with over 75% of its households belonging to ethnic minorities, Liêng Bông village, through its propaganda efforts, has coordinated with the government and the Fatherland Front to mobilize the people to contribute 200 days of labor and donate over 1,300 m² of land for road construction. Several outstanding projects and successful community mobilization models have been implemented in Liêng Bông village in recent times, such as: the enclosed cattle farming model, the self-governance model for security and order, and the model for raising children well…
On May 30th, the Ninh Gia Commune Youth Union implemented the "Nurturing Future Generations" model of effective community mobilization, aimed at supporting disadvantaged students in the commune. Meaningful gifts and practical scholarships serve as encouragement, helping these students continue their education.
Many practical and effective models of mass mobilization, closely linked to the lives of the people, have been registered and are being gradually replicated. Since the merger, the province has had more than 70 registered models and examples. These models and examples of effective mass mobilization have made and are contributing significantly to fostering dynamism, creativity, and a willingness to think and act boldly among cadres, Party members, and the broad masses of the people; bringing mass mobilization work to a truly in-depth and effective level.

Over the past period, the "Effective Mass Mobilization" movement has been implemented comprehensively and synchronously in Lam Dong province, with close coordination and connection with emulation movements and campaigns, and closely adhering to the political tasks of the province, localities, agencies, and units. It has become a vibrant and widespread movement, attracting voluntary and conscious participation from a large number of cadres, Party members, Youth Union members, association members, and all strata of the people.
Immediately after the two-tiered local government system officially came into operation, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Document No. 307-CV/TU dated August 20, 2025, on continuing to lead and direct the implementation of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement for the period 2025-2030. The Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department quickly concretized this with Guidance No. 09-HD/BTGDVTU dated August 27, 2025, on building models and replicating exemplary "Skilled Mass Mobilization" throughout the province.
The "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement focuses on specific, practical actions and activities that are appropriate to the actual conditions and situation, relevant to the lives of the people, and relevant to the political tasks of the locality and unit. Models of "Effective Mass Mobilization" that are closely aligned with practical situations have contributed to resolving some difficult and pressing issues in social life. Many agencies, departments, and localities combine improving the quality of government mass mobilization work with building "Effective Mass Mobilization" models in administrative procedure reform; promptly and lawfully resolving citizens' petitions, complaints, and denunciations; and focusing on effectively implementing the motto "Respect the people, be close to the people, learn from the people, understand the people, and be responsible to the people."
