Temperatures in the North are rising.

According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, on June 28th, scattered thunderstorms will only persist in the North during the early morning, followed by sunny weather. Temperatures will rise above 34 degrees Celsius, with hot and humid conditions returning.

On the final day of the National High School Graduation Examination, the weather across the country was relatively favorable. The Central Highlands and Southern Vietnam, however, faced a risk of thunderstorms, mainly in the late afternoon and evening.

In Northern Vietnam, temperatures are forecast to rise this weekend. Hot weather is likely to return to the region starting June 28th, with Hanoi and other provinces and cities in the Northern Delta recording temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius.

From June 30th, northern Vietnam may experience a new widespread heatwave, lasting through the beginning of July.

- Hanoi: Showers and thunderstorms at times during the night and morning, sunny during the day. Lowest temperature 25-27°C, highest temperature 33-35°C.

- Northwestern region: Scattered thunderstorms at night and early morning, sunny during the day, with some areas experiencing hot weather. Lowest temperature 24-27°C; highest temperature 31-34°C.

- Northeast region: Scattered thunderstorms at night and early morning, sunny during the day, with some areas experiencing hot weather. Lowest temperature 24-27°C; highest temperature 32-35°C.

- From Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue: Showers and thunderstorms in some areas in the evening and at night, sunny during the day, with some areas experiencing hot weather. Lowest temperature 25-28 degrees Celsius; highest temperature 33-36 degrees Celsius.

- From Da Nang to Binh Thuan: Scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night, sunny during the day, with some areas experiencing hot weather. Lowest temperature 25-28 degrees Celsius; highest temperature 32-35 degrees Celsius.

- Central Highlands: Showers and thunderstorms in some areas, scattered thunderstorms in the evening, with locally heavy rain. Lowest temperature 20-23°C; highest temperature 29-32°C.

- Southern Vietnam: Showers and thunderstorms in some areas, scattered thunderstorms in the evening, with locally heavy rain. Lowest temperature 24-27°C; highest temperature 31-34°C.
