Along with the festival activities organized during Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024, in recent days, many lively entertainment activities have taken place, attracting a large number of people and tourists to watch, cheer, and immerse themselves in the colorful cultural space, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere for everyone participating in this event.

Following the opening day of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 with the theme "Golden Colors of Tam Coc - Trang An," in the mornings at Dinh Cac courtyard near Tam Coc boat dock, the program "Exchange of folk dances, sword dances, dagger dances, unarmed combat and folk games" attracted the participation of all 11 Women's Union branches in the communes and towns of Hoa Lu district. Each day, three units participated in performing folk dances; sword dances, dagger dances, unarmed combat; and folk games. All of this created a vibrant and joyful atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression on tourists attending the Ninh Binh Tourism Week event.

While enthusiastically cheering for the home team participating in the tug-of-war game, Ms. Do Thi Huyen from Ninh Van commune said: "Every year, whenever the Tourism Week is organized, we arrange our family affairs to go and watch and cheer for the commune's team. Through these exchange activities, it helps our women's association members have a beneficial and healthy playground, encouraging them to actively participate in the Women's Association."

Another activity that attracted a large number of tourists and locals was the first-ever goat fighting festival, which created a novel experience for visitors. This was the first time the goat fighting festival was organized on a provincial scale, with the participation of all 8 district and city farmers' associations. The festival created a joyful and exciting atmosphere for tourists and locals attending the Tourism Week.

Present at the Ninh Hai commune stadium from early morning to watch the goats compete, Mr. Vu Van Tuan from Hamlet 3, Ninh Hai commune, said: "This is the first time I've seen a goat fighting festival live. I was very surprised because these goats, which are normally gentle and shy, became very brave in the match with their attacks, defenses, and exciting, beautiful fights. Not only me, but many spectators came to the stadium to cheer enthusiastically, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who came to watch."

Comrade Dinh Hong Thai, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, said: "With the first-ever organization of the Goat Fighting Festival, we hope to bring a new and unique tourism product to visitors attending Ninh Binh Tourism Week. This is also an opportunity for all levels and sectors in the province to pay attention to, encourage, and promote farmers, cooperatives, and branches and groups involved in raising and processing products from Ninh Binh mountain goats to meet, interact, and exchange experiences in selecting goat breeds, caring for, training, and processing products from Ninh Binh goats."

Following the success of the Goat Fighting Festival, tourism businesses and enterprises are interested in opening new tourism products that reflect the unique identity of the Millennium Heritage region, such as: Goat Fighting Festivals, Goat Racing Festivals, Goat Beauty Pageants… and adding more goat-based culinary products to serve tourists and people inside and outside the province.

Another equally vibrant and captivating activity is the evening cultural exchange program held at the Dinh Cac courtyard near the Tam Coc boat dock. Artists from the Ninh Binh Cheo Theater and amateur performers from the cultural troupes of the communes and towns in Hoa Lu district perform, attracting large crowds of people to watch and cheer.
