- Throughout its 85-year history, the Youth Pioneer Organization has always accompanied generations of children, from playgrounds to training movements. The Organization has contributed to nurturing character, skills, and fulfilling the dreams of many generations of children in Lang Son province. Through this, many outstanding members have grown up and proudly received the Kim Dong Award – a prestigious award from the Central Youth Union and the Central Youth Pioneer Council.

Growing up through team activities

The training process within the Youth Union environment, especially participating in practical activities, has helped me mature, become more confident in communication, and clearly understand my responsibilities, as well as contribute effectively to my studies. Youth Union work has also helped me learn to listen and cooperate to successfully complete common tasks.

In my studies, from 2024 to the present, I have consistently been an excellent student. In various competitions, I have won numerous provincial-level awards, including: second prize in the 2025 Informatics Competition for Students; third prize in the Internet English Olympiad (IOE); silver medal in the VioEdu English Competition; third prize in the Vietnamese Language Champion competition; and third prize in the 2025 Lang Son Province Reading Culture Ambassador competition. From 2020 to 2025, I received the title of "National Outstanding Child of Uncle Ho"; and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Central Youth Union at the 10th National Outstanding Child of Uncle Ho Congress in 2025.

Balance your time to excel in both your studies and extracurricular activities.

Since being crowned Little Miss World 2024, her schedule has been packed with events. Despite this, she always strives to balance her time to excel in her studies and her role as a Youth Union leader. She is a key figure in performing arts activities, hosting events, and promoting youth. Through her efforts, she won second prize nationally in the "Uncle Ho with Children - Children with Uncle Ho" competition; third prize at the provincial level in the "Singing the National Anthem" video competition at historical sites; and the title of "Good Child of Uncle Ho" at the provincial level in 2025…

In my studies, I have consistently achieved the title of outstanding student for many years; from 2024 to the present, I have won the Encouragement Prize in the provincial-level online English Olympic competition, ranked 4th in the district-level Violympic Mathematics competition (academic year 2024-2025), and won numerous awards at the English Festival and the Book and Reading Culture Day.

Team activities have helped me become more confident, proactive, and assertive.

Over the past period, I have been selected to participate in leading many school communication programs and activities. Through these activities, I have become more confident, dynamic, and assertive, and I am one of the active participants in the children's movements of the school and the ward.

In academics, I have consistently achieved the title of excellent student for many years. In the field of media, I won first prize at the provincial level in the "Telling Stories about Uncle Ho" competition in the 2024-2025 school year; the outstanding prize in the "Excellent Star Leader" competition at the provincial level in the 2023-2024 school year; and the "Impressive Report" award at the national level in the "One Day as a Junior Reporter" competition on disaster prevention and control in 2024; second prize at the school level and a consolation prize at the provincial level in the Video Clip Competition "Stories from the Time of War and Fire" commemorating the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army. I also received a commendation from the Provincial Youth Union for my outstanding achievements in youth group activities and children's movements in the 2024-2025 school year.
