Speaking about her journey of striving, Thuy confided that her most memorable experience was the intense training period for the recent provincial-level competition for outstanding team leaders. Having to practice difficult skills in such a short time put a lot of pressure on her. However, her love for the movement and the encouragement of her teachers helped her maintain composure throughout the three days of competition and win third place. From this challenging experience, the female team leader hopes that the team will continue to innovate its activities by increasing practical experiences, field trips, and social work to hone the character of its students.

From that experience, she became even more determined to study and train herself so that she could support those less fortunate through volunteer programs organized by her class, school, and local community. She hopes that the youth organization will establish more clubs and playgrounds to explore the cultural identity of the Raglai people, fostering and honoring the local ethnic culture; and organize movements and competitions to encourage members to compete in their studies and training.
