Serving as an advisor at the Ninh Chu Ward Police Station, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Nga has always proactively synthesized, analyzed, evaluated, and predicted the security and order situation in a sharp and timely manner. These analyses have helped the Party Committee and the Police Station Command effectively implement a series of directives and resolutions of the Party, the State, and the Ministry of Public Security . Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Nga also directly advised on the successful organization of the Ward Police Station Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the congresses of the Party branches for the 2025-2027 term.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Nga is also a shining example in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, emphasizing a simple lifestyle, closeness to the people, and a high sense of responsibility in every assigned task. Recently, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Nga has guided 86 businesses and cooperatives in implementing organizational identification on the VNeID application, contributing to the building of a digital government and digital society; and has propagated and mobilized over 3,000 people to participate in providing feedback on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing some articles of the 2013 Constitution. In addition, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Nga is always present in patrol and checkpoint teams, resolutely handling violations of public order and traffic safety, contributing to maintaining public order in the ward.
At the end of 2025, when a historic flood struck the province, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Nga, along with the Youth Union of the Ward Police, bravely delivered over 300 gift packages to support struggling households in Ninh Quy 3 village, Phuoc Hau commune, and over 600 gift packages to flood victims in Thuan Loi village, Ninh Phuoc commune. Each gift package was not only a material support but also a heartfelt gesture from the female police officer to the people.
A decisive commander
Major Nguyen Dang Hong Linh, Deputy Head of the Suoi Hiep Commune Police, is a decisive and people-oriented leader. Major Nguyen Dang Hong Linh consistently stays close to the local area, thoroughly understanding the situation and providing timely advice to the commune's Party committee and government on crime prevention and control at the grassroots level. In 2025 alone, Major Nguyen Dang Hong Linh organized 10 legal awareness sessions for over 2,000 people, contributing to raising awareness and promoting compliance with the law among the local population.

As Deputy Head of the Commune Police, Major Nguyen Dang Hong Linh regularly participates in patrols and inspections; through which she has promptly detected and handled 20 security and order incidents. In particular, Major Nguyen Dang Hong Linh is the creator of exemplary models such as: "People's Patrol Team," "Drug-Free Residential Area," and "Peaceful Religious Village"... Among these, the "Peaceful Religious Village" model has been awarded a commendation by the Ministry of Public Security and replicated nationwide.
Captain Nguyen Thu Ky Thao - Head of the Women's Committee of the Provincial Police: Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Nga and Major Nguyen Dang Hong Linh being commended is an honor and source of pride not only for them personally, but also a well-deserved recognition for all female officers and members of the Provincial Police. They are shining examples, affirming the important role of women in the People's Police force. This also serves as motivation for officers and soldiers to continue upholding the glorious tradition, constantly learning, training, innovating, and creating, contributing to building a more professional, elite, and modern Provincial Police force.
In addition to her professional duties, Major Nguyen Dang Hong Linh actively collaborates with the Women's Union of the commune to raise awareness about crime prevention and social vices; and actively participates in humanitarian and charitable activities. During the floods in November 2025, Major Nguyen Dang Hong Linh directly commanded rescue and relief efforts, organizing the relocation of thousands of households to safe areas; together with her colleagues, she distributed hundreds of tons of food and essential supplies and participated in the "Quang Trung Campaign" to rebuild houses destroyed by the floods.
