Efforts to 'finish' on schedule

In recent days, communes and wards in the northern part of the province have intensified the implementation of Project 06, with synchronized, urgent, and serious efforts. At the police stations of communes and wards, activities guiding, exchanging information, and assisting people in carrying out administrative procedures take place from early morning to late evening, including holidays.

Following the directives of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Police Department on enhancing the effectiveness of Project 06 and contributing to the comprehensive digital transformation, the youth union members and women's association members of the Provincial Police Department simultaneously launched a campaign to support Project 06. The focus was on remote areas, mountainous regions, and areas inhabited by ethnic minorities throughout the province.

With the motto "Creativity - Responsibility - Collaboration," the campaign demonstrates the pioneering and proactive spirit of young people and women in the provincial police force in joining hands with grassroots forces to resolve difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of essential public services for the people.

Immediately after its launch, the Provincial Police established mobile task forces to support the implementation of Project 06. These task forces consisted of officers and soldiers who had previously worked at the grassroots level, possessed good technological skills, and had received training and been equipped with comprehensive professional knowledge and practical skills.

The groups focused on supporting people in implementing key contents of Project 06, such as: activating level 2 electronic identification; integrating electronic health records and digital signatures into identification accounts; issuing citizen identification cards to children under 6 years old; and conducting propaganda, communication, and social welfare support to raise awareness and create consensus in the community.

From August 4th to 14th, 2025, the task force organized two concentrated activities in Hiep Luc and Cao Minh communes; deployed 10 mobile teams with 45 members participating to support the northern communes in providing assistance to the people. They assisted with level 2 electronic identification for 534 cases; installed digital signatures for 342 cases; integrated health insurance cards for 403 cases; integrated vehicle registration and driver's licenses for 201 cases; and assisted in collecting identity card applications for 422 cases.

In Cao Minh commune, we witnessed the serious and dedicated work ethic of the task force members in guiding the people, especially the elderly and ethnic minorities, in implementing the contents of Project 06. This spirit was strongly promoted by all localities and task forces, aiming to achieve the goal of "reaching the finish line" on schedule.

Along with assisting people with administrative procedures, on August 14, 2025, the Youth and Women's Committees of the Provincial Police organized a visit and presented gifts to three individuals participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level: Mr. Ly Van Sinh (Nam Dam village), Mr. Ly Van Minh (Coc Nghe village), and Mr. Sung A Dau (Coc Not village), all from Cao Minh commune. These individuals all have particularly difficult family circumstances, but they are always dedicated to serving at the grassroots level, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
