The reason is that this enterprise failed to comply with tax payment regulations as per Notice No. 3909 dated April 13, 2023, issued by the customs authority. The amount of tax subject to enforcement is 10,186,841,308 VND (approximately 10.2 billion VND). DKC Automotive Complex Joint Stock Company was established and has been operating since 2020, specializing in the trading of automobiles and other motor vehicles; retail of passenger cars; maintenance and repair of various types of automobiles, etc., and the enterprise is still in operation.
The Customs Sub-Department for Processing Goods Management (Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department) has also sent a letter to the Business Registration Office (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment) requesting the issuance of a decision to revoke the business registration certificate of Phu Dang Casting Company (Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City). The reason is that the company has overdue tax debts totaling VND 162,348,630, which were subject to enforcement action by the Customs Sub-Department for Processing Goods Management. To have a basis for handling the tax debt, the Customs Sub-Department requests the Business Registration Office to issue a decision to revoke the business registration certificate or inform the Sub-Department of the reason for not revoking it within 10 days of receiving the request. According to information posted on the company's website, Phu Dang Casting Company was granted a business registration certificate in November 1998, specializing in the production of knives, scissors, hand tools, and common metal products.
