Some lowland districts have already planted over 4,000 hectares in low-lying, flood-prone areas, including Yen Thanh, Dien Chau, and Hung Nguyen districts. According to the plan, the entire province will finish planting summer-autumn rice by July 20th. In the photo: Farmers in Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district, are preparing the rice fields.
