As Tet (Lunar New Year) approaches, the pace of production and business in Tuyen Quang intensifies as businesses in industrial zones and clusters, as well as OCOP (One Commune One Product) enterprises, accelerate their operations, utilizing every day to fulfill Tet orders, maintain market reputation, and create momentum for the new year.

Speed ​​up production

The province has nearly 6,200 active businesses and over 1,600 cooperatives. These businesses and cooperatives mainly operate in the fields of trade and services; industry and construction ; and agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. In the days leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year), the atmosphere of work in industrial zones and clusters throughout the province, as well as in small businesses and cooperatives, is more vibrant than usual. Many factories organize continuous production in shifts, increasing machine operating time and tightening production schedules to meet delivery deadlines for partners both within and outside the province.

Amidst the hectic production schedule in the weeks leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year), An Hoa Paper Joint Stock Company maintained stable operation of its production lines and organized labor in shifts to ensure order deadlines were met. As a key enterprise in the timber processing industry, the company focused on maintaining product quality, proactively managing raw materials, and ensuring production safety during the peak period at the end of the year. Based on this foundation, in 2025 the company is expected to achieve revenue exceeding 2,800 billion VND, contribute over 125 billion VND to the state budget, create stable jobs for over 800 workers, and continue to affirm its position as a leading enterprise in the province's timber processing industry.

In the construction materials sector, Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company maintained stable production, focusing on ensuring product quality and labor safety during the peak period. Mr. Tong Thanh Son, Director of Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company, said: The company proactively balanced raw materials and fuel sources, minimizing the risk of production disruptions during the extended Tet holiday. Given its focus on supplying numerous infrastructure and civil construction projects, completing orders on schedule helps the company enhance its reputation, increase revenue, and maintain market momentum right from the start of the new year.

A bustling pace of production.

While the industrial sector accelerates at the pace of machinery, the agricultural sector and OCOP (One Commune One Product) enterprises thrive in their own unique way during the Tet holiday season. This is a time when purchasing power increases sharply, especially for characteristic products such as Shan Tuyet tea, vermicelli, honey, and processed products serving the needs of gifts and consumption during the holiday. Many cooperatives and OCOP establishments in the province have recorded a significant increase in orders compared to other months of the year. Many units have had to organize continuous production and work overtime to meet delivery deadlines.

Currently, the Chien Thang Bamboo Tube Stuffed Snail Sausage Cooperative (Minh Xuan Ward) is busy boosting production to meet market demand. Cooperative members are increasing processing time and preparing ingredients early to ensure each batch of sausage retains the distinctive flavor of stuffed snails combined with the traditional bamboo tube cooking method.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Director of the Cooperative, said: To meet Tet holiday orders, the Cooperative focuses on strictly controlling the quality of raw materials, adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures, and improving packaging to be more compact and convenient for gifting. As a result, the snail sausage stuffed in bamboo tubes is increasingly favored by consumers inside and outside the province, and orders have increased significantly compared to the middle of the year.

As Tet (Lunar New Year) approaches, with the high demand for dried rice noodles for consumption and gifting, the Thuat Yen Agricultural Cooperative's rice noodle production facility enters its peak production period. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Thuat, the cooperative's director, they proactively prepare raw materials and arrange for continuous production to ensure sufficient output and maintain the quality of the noodles – chewy, fragrant, and safe for consumption. This accelerated production at the end of the year not only helps the cooperative meet Tet orders but also contributes to the increasing presence of local rice noodles in gift baskets and Tet meals for consumers. Currently, production is insufficient to meet demand.

In the hustle and bustle of the year-end season, from continuously operating industrial lines to blazing hot agricultural processing plants, the scene of "racing against time" to fulfill Tet orders clearly reflects the proactive, flexible spirit and determination of the Tuyen Quang business community to overcome difficulties. This vibrant production pace has created a positive start, contributing to strengthening confidence for the new year with the expectation of continued growth in production and business, making a practical contribution to local economic growth.
