Mr. Le Van Kien shared that, at the age of 18, he decided to leave home to find a place to learn the refrigeration profession. After mastering the profession, he started his business with the job of repairing and installing refrigeration equipment. During the working process, Mr. Kien connected and introduced the first machines for sale. With his innate quickness, he realized that the business opportunity was that repairing and consulting on the sale of refrigeration equipment was a chain of support links that was both convenient for users and brought income for himself.
From that idea, Mr. Kien, with the support of his family, boldly opened an electronics store when he was only 24 years old. The installation and repair work combined with the sale of electronics created a supply chain that helped Mr. Kien gain a foothold in the market. He continued to expand the store and develop branches. From there, he recruited more workers and accepted students to both learn and help at the store, contributing to creating jobs for many local workers.

Having gone through a difficult period of vocational training, Mr. Kien understands the need for vocational training and finding jobs of young people. Many young people today have the need to learn a trade and have a stable job, but due to difficult circumstances, it is difficult to access professional vocational training facilities. Therefore, Mr. Kien has provided free vocational guidance to young people who share the same passion.
Not being a professional training facility, at first Mr. Kien only stopped at providing vocational guidance to young people. However, the number of students is increasing, so he has linked up with vocational training centers to provide in-depth training and issue certificates to students. According to Mr. Kien, being trained in-depth and having a vocational certificate will help students to start their careers more easily.
Not only that, Mr. Kien and the employees working at the store are joining hands to create a "circular ecosystem - linking and supporting each other" to develop and expand startup opportunities. Many young people initially came here simply to work for a living, but were inspired by Mr. Kien and thought about starting a business. Currently, Mr. Kien and the young people are implementing a program of "returning old machines for new machines" with all kinds of washing machines. The old washing machines are collected, and the technicians will repair them for the laundry shops to rent.
“I can also support machines for those who want to start a laundry business; and connect with suppliers for those who want to open an electronics store,” said Mr. Kien.

Mr. Le Van Kien's shop is a place where many young workers gather. Therefore, the Gia Rai Ward Youth Union encouraged Mr. Kien to establish a private business union branch.
Mr. Nguyen Ba Noi, Deputy Secretary of Gia Rai Ward Youth Union, said: “According to the current development trend, the activities of private enterprise youth union branches such as Le Kien Electronics Enterprise Youth Union Branch are the extended arm of the local Youth Union. This is a place to gather union members and young people in the area, a reliable address for you to entrust your dreams of establishing a career . From there, it contributes to solving employment and retaining skilled young labor for the locality.”
The operating model of Le Kien enterprise is a typical example of young people starting a business from solidarity, association, and mutual support for development, contributing to the overall development of the local socio -economy.
