Established in 2021, the factory comprises three workshops covering 12,000 m², with 10 production lines. It utilizes advanced technology and numerous modern pieces of equipment, such as: the new generation Juki D900AS electronic sewing machine with automatic thread cutting; electronic buttonhole machines; CNC jigsaw machines; and wide-format programming machines for intricate stitching.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom, Director of Anh Duong Muong La Garment Joint Stock Company, said: "The company has proactively developed production plans, recruited workers, and launched emulation movements among production teams and lines. Thanks to contracts signed with partners from South Korea and Japan, the company has ensured stable jobs and income for workers at least until August this year. Currently, due to a labor shortage, the factory is only operating 5 production lines, employing over 100 workers, mainly local laborers, with incomes ranging from 5 to 10 million VND per month."
With modern equipment and a highly skilled workforce, in addition to sewing shirts and dresses, the company also processes down-filled jackets, a product requiring advanced techniques. Ms. Lo Thi Ha, Team Leader of Sewing Line 1, shared: "My team has 15 workers, currently working on an order of shirts for export to Japan. Thanks to our thorough professional training, we are completely confident in taking on challenging orders, ensuring high productivity and on-time delivery."
Since the garment factory started operating, many local people have found stable jobs and improved their incomes. Ms. Lo Thi Lam, a worker in the sewing team, shared: "Currently, my salary is over 6 million VND per month, and I receive allowances for attendance, lunch, lunch breaks, and insurance benefits. The job is close to home, so my family is less financially strained, and my children can attend school regularly."
Anh Duong Muong La Garment Joint Stock Company also pays special attention to improving the working environment and ensuring labor safety. The garment factories are equipped with air conditioning systems, creating a cool working space and reducing the risk of fire and explosions. For newly recruited workers, the company provides support throughout the apprenticeship period.
In 2024, the company established a grassroots trade union with 95 members, actively caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers and employees.
Currently, Anh Duong Muong La Garment Joint Stock Company is focusing on completing export orders for Japanese and Korean partners, ranging from 2.5 to 3 million products including shirts, thin double-layered jackets, dresses, and down jackets. The company is coordinating with local authorities to recruit over 100 additional workers to operate five more production lines. Furthermore, the company is developing plans to expand its production scale and needs to recruit between 500 and 2,000 more workers.
With its development orientation, Anh Duong Muong La Garment Joint Stock Company has created many job opportunities, increased income for workers, contributed to the shift in rural labor structure, and promoted local socio -economic development.
