Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia visited and encouraged the April 30 parade groups in Ho Chi Minh City.

On April 20, a working delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, visited and presented gifts to the parade groups celebrating the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) practicing at the Military School of Military Region 7.

Also participating in the working delegation were Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense ; Lieutenant General Truong Thien To, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and leaders of the Military Region 7 Command.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia and Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong visited and encouraged officers and soldiers practicing at the Military School of Military Region 7.

At the visit and encouragement, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia highly appreciated the efforts of the forces in practicing to prepare for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia said that recently, the Party and State leaders and members of the Central Steering Committee for the 50th anniversary of national reunification have paid great attention to the training and practice of all forces participating in the celebration.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia hopes that the forces will continue to promote the results achieved in the past time to do better to demonstrate patriotism, revolutionary heroism and great national unity in all regions of the country.

"This anniversary ceremony also has the participation of neighboring military blocs. It is also an opportunity for us to serve the people and exchange with international friends," Mr. Nghia emphasized.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia hopes that the forces will continue to promote the results achieved in the past time to do even better in the upcoming parade.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia suggested that the parade groups continue to maintain their courage to practice with faith and pride for the generations of fathers who fell for the independence, sovereignty and unity of the Fatherland. At the same time, they should show the image of the revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Vietnam People's Army to the people and international friends.

In particular, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia noted the hot weather and asked the units to take good care of the forces to ensure their health for the official ceremony on the morning of April 30, 2025.

At Military School of Military Region 7, there are currently 12 forces participating in the parade, including 3 walking groups and 4 standing groups.

Of which, there are 3 groups walking, 4 groups standing and supporting forces such as interpreters, staff, operations, security and safety forces, medical and logistics forces of the Ministry of National Defense.

On the same day, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of the artillery ceremonial team (Brigade 96, Artillery Corps) on duty at Ben Bach Dang Park, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
