Compared to other provinces in the northern mountainous region, except for Bac Giang and Dien Bien, which were assigned double-digit growth targets, Tuyen Quang was assigned a higher growth target than Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen - which are closer to Hanoi and have railway connections; and higher than Lang Son, which has both a highway and railway connecting to Hanoi, as well as a border gate.

This clearly shows the province's high level of determination, and the task is by no means easy.

Following the Government 's directive, ministers, heads of agencies, and chairpersons of provincial and city People's Committees must closely monitor the situation, implement the tasks and solutions set forth in a coordinated and effective manner; they must have innovative and breakthrough thinking, and implement them promptly, flexibly, and effectively to successfully achieve the growth targets and indicators.

The government also urgently requested the development of monthly and quarterly growth scenarios; and urged the prompt research and review of resources and implementation solutions, reporting to the People's Council at the same level in February to adjust the local growth targets.
Regarding solutions to achieve growth targets, experts and many localities have raised the issue of removing institutional bottlenecks, attracting capital, focusing on reviewing obstacles and shortcomings, especially resolving issues related to real estate projects. In addition, attention should be paid to promoting service industries, including policies to strongly stimulate tourism and festival activities.

The people are delighted to see specific growth targets assigned to each sector and locality, thus believing that the country will confidently move into a new era. However, the people also hope that the strength of the entire population will be prioritized and harnessed. Each individual, each community, and each organization plays a role as a link in the national value chain.

Every official, Party member, and individual, when encouraged to foster creativity, entrepreneurship, and enhance social awareness and responsibility, will maximize the potential of each individual and the community. From small initiatives at the local level to national-level policies, all contribute to achieving growth targets.
