By December 31, 2025, the total outstanding loan balance of Agribank Meo Vac branch reached over VND 883 billion, achieving 98.7% of the quarterly plan and exceeding the annual plan assigned by Agribank Ha Giang branch by 105.8%. Notably, the branch exceeded its 2025 credit growth plan with an additional increase of over VND 124 billion, reaching 165% of the assigned target. This result demonstrates the great efforts of the branch's staff and employees amidst increasingly fierce credit competition and challenging local socio -economic conditions. The branch's business operations continued to show positive signs; in December 2025 alone, loan interest income reached nearly VND 8 billion, exceeding the set plan by 38.2%, contributing to financial efficiency, increasing employee income, and creating resources for reinvestment in credit activities.

To achieve these results, Agribank Meo Vac has closely followed the directives of Agribank Vietnam and Agribank Ha Giang Branch, proactively implementing many preferential credit programs, promptly delivering capital to the right target groups for the right purposes; focusing on lending to serve agricultural production, developing household economies and business households, while expanding consumer loans and medium- and long-term loans to meet the socio-economic development needs of the locality.

Comrade Le Van Quang, Director of Agribank Meo Vac, stated: Entering 2026, Agribank Meo Vac has identified the continued development of credit in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner as its core task; focusing on implementing preferential loan programs such as "Having Capital in Hand - Sustainable Business"; strengthening coordination with local authorities, schools, agencies, and units to expand salary payments through bank accounts; and strongly developing modern banking products and services such as Agribank Plus, cashless payments, and attractive account numbers.

Focus on innovating marketing and customer development, strengthening engagement with local communities and areas; proactively working with local Party committees, authorities, political and social organizations, schools, and public service units to promote and introduce credit products and banking services. Through this, expand the customer base and link credit growth with the development of payment services, payroll processing via accounts, and digital banking.

Alongside credit growth, Agribank Meo Vac branch is tightening risk management, improving the quality of appraisal, and strengthening pre-loan, during-loan, and post-loan inspections. It regularly reviews and assesses the production and business situation of customers to promptly address difficulties, restructure debts according to regulations, and limit the 발생 of bad debts. Simultaneously, the branch is strengthening post-loan inspections, managing collateral assets, and aggressively recovering due and overdue debts; improving work discipline and the quality of its staff.

Through a harmonious combination of credit growth and risk control, Agribank Meo Vac is determined to maintain its role as the leading bank in the area, making positive contributions to socio-economic development goals and ensuring social security and stability for the people in the highlands.
