(Chinhphu.vn) - The Government has just issued Resolution No. 36/NQ-CP approving the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation in the field of education (Agreement).
Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son and Minister of Education Ivanets Andrei Ivanovich signed a Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of Belarus in the field of education and training.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall carry out necessary foreign affairs procedures for the Agreement to take effect and notify the Agreement's entry into force according to regulations.
The Ministry of Education and Training shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to organize the implementation of the Agreement after it is approved by the Government.

* The cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Belarus was established in 1992, but the cooperative relationship in the field of education and training existed 30 years earlier.
According to the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation in the field of education, the two sides will cooperate in exchanging experiences in the most important development directions of the system. education system; jointly carry out scientific research in the fields of natural sciences, technical sciences, social sciences - humanities and pedagogical sciences that both sides are interested in; training at bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels; organize training courses, improve qualifications, scientific internships, and retrain for educational staff; exchange experts to improve teaching.
The two sides promote the building and development of cooperative relations between higher education institutions of the two Parties, and based on common interests, these higher education institutions can sign cooperation agreements. separately, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the laws of each Party.
During the validity period of the Agreement, the two sides annually exchange the equivalent of a maximum of 15 international students for a full course of study. The two sides annually send a maximum number of 5 teaching staff from higher education institutions to the receiving party's educational institutions for training and improving their qualifications...
