During the morning session, speakers from the Military Procuracy of the Hanoi Capital Region presented four topics: Basic contents of Circular 143/2023/TT-BQP dated December 27, 2023, of the Ministry of National Defense on regulations for disciplinary action in the Vietnam People's Army; Regulations on the crime of "Gambling" stipulated in Article 321 of the Penal Code and the crime of "Organizing gambling or betting" stipulated in Article 322 of the Penal Code; Some important new points in the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, along with guiding documents for implementation; and Regulations on drug-related crimes in the Penal Code.
