The DT.719B coastal road project, specifically the Hon Lan - Tan Hai section, has a total length of approximately 10.4 km, including an 8.7 km main route and a 1.7 km branch route (N1). The road surface is asphalt concrete on a crushed stone base. The Song Phan bridge, measuring 175.3 m in length and 20 m in width, is considered a key technical highlight.
During the inspection, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the investor to urgently urge the contractor to accelerate the project implementation, mobilize maximum machinery, equipment, and personnel to organize construction with determination and decisiveness, devoting all resources to ensure progress.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee instructed the Department of Construction to regularly inspect and monitor the progress and report periodically to the Provincial People's Committee; and assigned the Provincial Transportation Project Management Board to take the lead in directing contractors to organize simultaneous construction on the entire handed-over site, avoiding delays and wasted time.
For the two localities of Tan Thanh and Tan Hai, a commitment must be made to complete the handover of the land by September 2025. The goal is to strive to disburse 100% of the planned capital in 2025, in accordance with the Prime Minister 's directives.

Later that same day, Comrade Nguyen Hong Hai inspected the resettlement area in Ham Liem commune, where housing is planned for households affected by the North-South high-speed railway project.
This resettlement area is located at Km 8+800, adjacent to National Highway 28, next to the Freshwater Fisheries Experiment Station; it covers approximately 4.5 hectares with 250-300 plots (100 m²/plot), with a total investment of nearly 56 billion VND.
The land is currently agricultural land where people are growing fruit trees and crops. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on improving compensation and land clearance. Regarding infrastructure, the area already has electricity and water systems ready for connection, but lacks a comprehensive drainage system.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to urgently develop the project plan, prepare all necessary documents and procedures for land clearance and compensation, ensure the progress of this national key project, and quickly stabilize the lives of the people.
Next, Comrade Nguyen Hong Hai also inspected and surveyed the resettlement land fund in Ham Thuan commune, serving the North-South high-speed railway project.
