On July 3, Comrade Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the arrangement of official housing for cadres, civil servants and public employees after the merger. Accompanying him were representatives of the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Construction has coordinated with departments and branches to review, supplement, and arrange housing areas; apartment buildings in Pho Hien ward to advise on converting them into official housing for cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the province after the merger. Up to now, the Department of Construction has reviewed and advised on 4 locations to temporarily requisition as housing for cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the province after the merger, including: Student housing area of the Hung Yen city cluster; dormitory area of Hung Yen Community College; dormitory of Nguyen Van Linh Political School; Farmer Support Center, with a total of 297 rooms, corresponding to the arrangement of about 856 cadres, basically meeting the initial accommodation needs of cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the province after the merger.
Through on-site inspections at locations that the Department of Construction advised to temporarily requisition as housing for officials, civil servants, and public employees after the province's merger, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy requested units to coordinate with the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance to urgently review and compile statistics on the current status, promptly implement repairs and upgrades, and ensure the best initial living conditions for officials, civil servants, and public employees in need of housing. The Provincial People's Committee Office coordinates with departments and branches to specifically count the number of officials, civil servants, and public employees in need of housing, and advise the Provincial People's Committee on reasonable arrangements.
