On the evening of September 26, in Hai Phong city, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tan Trao Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project (Phase 1) and the Hai Phong LNG Thermal Power Plant Project, organized by the Hai Phong City People's Committee in coordination with Vingroup Corporation.
