UBND thành phố Hải Phòng vừa ban hành văn bản 3075 về triển khai Nghị quyết 66.7/2025/NQ-CP của Chính phủ liên quan cắt giảm, đơn giản hóa thủ tục hành chính dựa trên dữ liệu. Thành phố yêu cầu các sở, ngành và UBND cấp xã quán triệt và tuyên truyền sâu rộng nội dung nghị quyết đến cán bộ, công chức, viên chức và người có thẩm quyền giải quyết thủ tục hành chính.

The City People's Committee directs units to seriously exploit and use information in the database to replace the component documents when handling procedures. Agencies need to digitize, update data fully and accurately and ensure technology infrastructure to serve connection and exploit information according to the requests of individuals and organizations.
The city assigned departments and branches including Justice, Finance, Health, Agriculture and Environment, Police and Social Insurance to preside over reviewing and restructuring the process of handling administrative procedures with the document component replaced by data; to be completed before December 31. With newly announced procedures, the restructuring of the process must be completed within 15 days.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to coordinate with units to amend, supplement or replace legal documents issued by localities to reduce and replace data-based file components, following the Prime Minister's direction in Official Dispatch 201 on reviewing and simplifying administrative procedures.
