As of the afternoon of November 30, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Vien ward received more than 1 billion VND in donations to support people in the Central Highlands and Central Vietnam affected by floods.

According to comrade Dam Thi Minh Phuong, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Vien ward, the program was launched with the enthusiastic participation of leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front, and all cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, schools, businesses and mass organizations in the ward.

The entire amount of over 1 billion VND received will be transferred by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city on the afternoon of December 1, 2025 to send to people in disaster-stricken areas, helping people to quickly overcome the consequences of floods and stabilize their lives.

In total, Gia Vien Ward mobilized more than 2 billion VND from the two campaigns to support people affected by natural disasters. This is one of the localities that effectively implemented the call to support people affected by natural disasters by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city.
