To ensure the completion of the Le Loi Street Summer Improvement Project in December 2025, the Department of Construction announced a parking ban on this street.

To speed up the construction progress of the Le Loi Street Summer Improvement Project, the Department of Construction has announced the temporary traffic organization to serve the construction.

Accordingly, from November 29 to December 31, parking is prohibited (except for specialized motorbikes and cars serving project construction) on Le Loi Street.

The Department of Construction requested the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board to arrange a sufficient system of road signs, barricades in the construction area, and assign people to guard and guide traffic during the construction process.

The Traffic Police Department of the City Police, the Ward Police and the People's Committee of Gia Vien Ward coordinate to regulate traffic and handle violations according to regulations.

Previously, at the inspection of the progress of the Le Loi Street Sidewalk Improvement Project on November 12, Comrade Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City, requested the project investor, the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board, to complete the construction of the project before December 31, 2025. The construction must ensure quality and consistency.

Before paving the road surface, the construction unit wants Hai Phong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. to urgently relocate the electric poles within the road expansion area.
From November 29 to December 31, parking will be prohibited on Le Loi Street.

The Le Loi Road Improvement and Expansion Project is 1.36 km long (starting point at Cau Dat Street, ending point at May To Intersection). The project will improve and expand the road surface to each side by an average of 2 m to ensure a minimum road surface width of 12 m, and a minimum sidewalk width of 3 m on each side. There are some locations where the left side of the road is widened by an average of 5 m, and the right side of the road is widened by 2 m.

The project also undergrounds the power and lighting systems on the route, installs electrical equipment; renovates the domestic wastewater collection system, raises the existing gas station on the sidewalk, and replaces damaged manhole covers. The sidewalk is replaced with imitation stone concrete bricks, replacing the entire curb…
