The Department of Education and Training requires that the launch must be voluntary, suitable to the conditions of each group and individual, avoiding formalities and not putting pressure on participants. Each agency and unit proactively chooses a form of donation that is suitable to reality, ensuring practicality, effectiveness and publicity.

The widespread launch of this charitable activity contributes to encouraging and supporting the people and the education and training sector of Dak Lak province to quickly overcome difficulties and stabilize teaching and learning after the flood.
