AI Awards is an award organized by VnExpress annually since 2022, within the framework of the Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Festival (AI4VN). Over three seasons, the program has honored many AI solutions applied in education , healthcare, public services and commerce.
This year, the award expanded its scope to four main categories: Vietnamese AI Solution, Outstanding AI Device, Vietnamese AI Engineer and Outstanding AI Enterprise.
According to Mr. Phung Viet Thang - Country Director of Intel Vietnam, representative of the Jury of AI Awards 2025, the technological level that this year's candidates brought to the competition is very even, showing that our technological accessibility is very good compared to the world level. Many products are very well demonstrated right from the initial thinking, closely linked to very practical requirements of life.

This year’s awards received more than 160 entries. Eligible entries will go through preliminary, voting, judging and final rounds. A panel of judges, including technology experts, business representatives, journalists and investors, will score each product based on its creativity, applicability, implementation effectiveness and social impact.
According to the Organizing Committee, the AI Awards 2025 continues to affirm the spirit of vibrant, serious and creative scientific research in the community and businesses. In particular, the number of nominations in the categories has doubled compared to 2024, reflecting the strong development picture of AI in Vietnam.

Outstanding AI Device category includes: Outstanding AI Camera: Ezviz S10 2K+; Outstanding AI TV: LG OLED evo AI G5; Outstanding AI Laptop: Gigabyte Aero X16; Outstanding AI Phone: Oppo Find N5.
The Vietnamese AI Talent category includes: Top 5 Vietnamese AI Talents: Dao Tuan Trung (Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Qualcomm AI Research Department); Nguyen Hoang Hiep (Filumn AI Technology Director); Nguyen Khanh Linh (Head of AI OBELLO Department and Google development expert on generative AI); Bui Duy Quoc Nghi (Director of GenAI FPT SmartCloud Center); Le Yen Thanh (Founder, General Director of GoLabs Technology).
The Vietnamese AI Solution category includes: FPT AI Agents - FPT Smart Cloud Company Limited; AI credit scoring application solution - MoMo Financial Technology Group; VNG Cloud AI Stack - VNG Cloud Company.
Typical AI application education units include: British University Vietnam.
Promising AI Enterprise category includes: Phenikaa-X Joint Stock Company; Filum LLC.
Outstanding AI Enterprise category includes: MoMo Financial Technology Group
GreenNode Joint Stock Company; FPT Smart Cloud Company Limited.
