"About five years ago, my agency organized a visit to the Tan Trao revolutionary base. However, back then, facilities were limited, so our group had to travel quite far to Tam Co, Tuyen Quang city to rest. Knowing that a Flamingo resort is about to open in Tan Trao, built with a traditional concept, I might return with my family to experience more," shared Ms. Thu Ha (38 years old), a resident of Hanoi .
