On the morning of June 6th, the People's Committee of Phuc Loc commune simultaneously launched a campaign to beautify the landscape, conduct a general environmental cleanup, and ensure urban order and traffic safety. This is a meaningful activity in response to World Environment Day and the Month of Action for the Environment in 2026.

This campaign is being implemented in accordance with the Notice from the People's Committee of Phuc Loc Commune to concretize Plan No. 383/KH-UBND of the Hanoi City People's Committee on resolving traffic congestion bottlenecks, in conjunction with the local Plan No. 1150/KH-UBND.

At exactly 7:30 AM on June 6th, law enforcement agencies and the public simultaneously launched an operation at All residential villages participated. The main assembly point was set up at the Phuc Loc Commune Police Station headquarters, with the participation of nearly 50 officers, soldiers, youth union members, and association members.

The campaign involved close coordination among the commune police force, the Economic Department, the Culture and Social Affairs Department, the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board, the General Service Center, and representatives from political and social organizations such as the Women's Union, the Farmers' Association, and the Youth Union. In addition, Son Tay Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company and Son Tay Power Company also actively provided support in both technical and human resources.

Alongside clearing traffic corridors and dismantling signs and awnings that violate urban aesthetics, functional forces have worked closely with the people to clean up waste and clear drainage ditches, bringing a clean and beautiful environment to village roads and alleys. In other areas, the Front Committee and village heads have also proactively mobilized people to voluntarily clean up in front of their houses and public areas.

Previously, Phuc Loc organized conferences and launched campaigns to encourage people to strictly comply with regulations on the management and use of roads and sidewalks. Authorities cleared 17 cases of sidewalk encroachment in front of Bai Market, dismantled 25 illegal awnings and 56 illegal tarpaulins; and simultaneously marked 2km of sidewalks in Phuc Xuyen village and at the Bai Market intersection to ensure traffic safety.
