In the first four months of the year, adhering to the motto "clear responsibilities, clear tasks, clear accountability, clear areas, clear progress, clear results," the ward's government apparatus has made breakthroughs in resolving five "bottlenecks": traffic congestion, urban order, flooding, environmental pollution, and food safety.
Most notably, efforts to restore urban order were significant. During the peak month (April 1st to April 30th), authorities fined 105 cases of urban order violations, totaling over 108 million VND. In the area of Alley 1194, Lang Street, 61 movable awnings and 63 illegal advertising signs were dismantled.

Traffic conditions also showed positive signs, with no traffic jams lasting longer than 30 minutes during peak hours. The application of technology was intensified, as evidenced by 53 traffic violations being penalized remotely via camera in April 2026.
On the environmental and health fronts, household waste has been collected efficiently. Food safety measures have been tightened, with authorities inspecting and strictly penalizing violations, notably a decision to fine a food service establishment selling alcoholic beverages less than 100 meters from a school 15 million VND.
Despite achieving many positive results, the Conference also frankly acknowledged the difficulties. Addressing the "five bottlenecks" is a difficult task because it directly relates to people's lives and livelihoods. The encroachment on sidewalks still threatens to recur whenever law enforcement is absent...
Looking ahead, the Lang Ward authorities have identified this as a long-term task requiring consistent, continuous, and tireless effort. With the mobilization of the entire political system from the ward to the grassroots level, Lang Ward is steadily progressing on the path to building a civilized urban area, with the satisfaction of its citizens as its highest goal.
