Within the framework of the recent launching ceremony of the Workers' Month, the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, and the commendation of outstanding Petrovietnam workers in Ho Chi Minh City, PVCFC was honored to have many individuals recognized and rewarded for their outstanding contributions to labor production, trade union work, and the occupational safety and health movement.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Director of PVCFC Branch - Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant and Vice Chairman of the PVCFC Trade Union, was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for his outstanding achievements in the "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" emulation movement in 2025.

The award recognizes PVCFC's efforts in building a safe and professional working environment at the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant; and in effectively maintaining occupational safety and health emulation movements, contributing to ensuring stable, continuous, and efficient production operations.
In addition, three employees of PVCFC, including Bui Van Chuong, Deputy Head of the Maintenance Engineering Department of Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant; Nguyen Dong Hiep, Team Leader of the Delivery and Receiving Team, Delivery and Receiving Department, Business Division; and Trinh Thi Kieu Tien, Specialist in charge of banking accounting, Accounting Department, Finance and Accounting Division of the Corporation, were also honored with the title of "Outstanding Petrovietnam Employee" in 2026.
This is a recognition of the collective and individual contributions of PVCFC employees in maintaining stable production operations, enhancing safety culture, and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.

Speaking at the event, Central Committee member and President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Nguyen Anh Tuan, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, professional demeanor, and sustained contributions of Petrovietnam's workforce. Accordingly, the 2026 Workers' Month holds special significance, particularly in the context of businesses accelerating innovation, improving productivity and competitiveness. Trade union activities need to be organized in a substantive, effective, and relevant manner to the needs of workers.
In response to this year's Workers' Month theme, "Innovation and Creativity," PVCFC has implemented many practical activities such as the Occupational Safety and Health Officer Excellence Competition to enhance the knowledge and skills of the occupational safety and health officer network; launching the "Innovation" competition to encourage employees to develop initiatives and technical improvements; organizing a Pickleball tournament to celebrate the inauguration of 3 new courts; and implementing a summer camp for the children of employees. At the same time, the company has intensified occupational safety and health awareness campaigns and reviewed and updated the operating regulations of the occupational safety and health officer network throughout the system.
