Accordingly, to continue to promote the handling of offices and public service establishments in the province, the Provincial People's Committee requested units to urgently review and direct specialized departments to advise and propose competent authorities to approve asset handling plans in accordance with regulations, to carry out the next steps with 94 houses and land establishments that have not yet received a handling decision.

With 28 houses and land facilities having transfer decisions; 9 facilities having revocation decisions according to the law on public property and 1 facility having revocation decision according to the law on land, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the units to direct specialized departments to urgently implement the handling of assets in accordance with the procedures corresponding to each form of asset handling.

With 142 houses and land facilities having decisions to transfer to local management and handling, the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant agencies and units to carry out the handover and receipt of transferred houses and land facilities in accordance with Government regulations on rearrangement and handling of public assets such as houses and land.

Districts, towns and cities develop plans to handle housing and land facilities that have been decided to be transferred to local management in the following directions:

Option 1 can be assigned to agencies and units in the district in need (mountainous districts can propose to arrange public housing for teachers).

Option 2, the property can be transferred to the People's Committee at the commune level for management and use according to the provisions of law if there is a need to receive it to serve some local tasks.

The remaining facilities after implementing the two options will be handed over to local land development organizations for management and exploitation in accordance with land law.
