On March 29th, the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee officially launched 7 sightseeing routes in Bai Tu Long Bay, including 2 routes connecting Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay. Specifically for Bai Tu Long Bay, Quang Ninh province aims to welcome 2 million visitors this year.

Accordingly, there are 5 separate itineraries on Bai Tu Long Bay and 2 itineraries connecting with Ha Long Bay, including: Bai Tu Long Itinerary 1: Ao Tien Port - Tay Hoi Island - Lucky Cat Island - Ban Sen Island - Nha Tro Cave.
Bai Tu Long 2 itinerary: Ao Tien port - Phat Co cave - pearl oyster farming area (Black Stone Island) - Lao Vong sluice gate - Dua Island - Minh Chau Island.
Bai Tu Long Route 3: Ao Tien Port - Lao Vong fishing village - Tra Ngo Island - Swan Island.
Bai Tu Long Bay Itinerary 4: Ao Tien Port - Cai De area - Mang Ha overnight anchorage point.
Bai Tu Long Route 5: Ao Tien Port - Tra Than Bay - Cai Lim Beach - Mang Ha Overnight Anchorage Point - Cai De Area.

Notably, this unique tour does not charge an entrance fee; visitors only have to pay for the boat ticket and port service fees.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, said that the launch of the Bai Tu Long Bay sightseeing tours is an important step in the province's sustainable tourism development strategy. This involves connecting destinations, building high-quality tourism products, attracting international tourists, and simultaneously preserving and promoting the natural, historical, and cultural values of the islands and sea.

Bai Tu Long Bay, located in Van Don District, boasts over 600 islands of varying sizes and stunning natural landscapes. Notably, Bai Tu Long National Park, recognized as an ASEAN Heritage Park, preserves many rare plant and animal genetic resources, creating a unique attraction for ecotourism.
In 2024, Van Don tourism recorded strong growth with over 1.8 million visitors and total revenue exceeding 2,850 billion VND.
The launch of the Bai Tu Long Bay sightseeing tours will contribute to elevating Van Don's tourism, aiming to welcome 2 million visitors by 2025 and 8 million visitors by 2030.
