From early morning, the election atmosphere spread throughout Quang Ninh province. On the morning of March 15th, Quan Minh Cuong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Head of the Steering Committee, and Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Election Committee, attended the opening ceremony and cast his vote at polling station No. 16, Ha Long ward.
Ha Long Ward has 24 polling stations with a total of 36,338 voters participating in the election. Polling station No. 16, Hong Ha 3 area, alone has 1,589 voters. After voting, Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Quan Minh Cuong, encouraged the polling station staff; expressing his hope that each voter's ballot would contribute to selecting worthy representatives who will represent the will and aspirations of the people.
In Bai Chay ward, Bui Van Khang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Election Committee, exercised his right and duty to vote at polling station No. 8, Cultural Center of Zone 9A. Polling station No. 8, Zone 9A has 1,501 voters and is one of 18 polling stations in Bai Chay ward.


At polling stations throughout the province this morning, voters arrived early; they followed the instructions, carefully studied the list of candidates, and considered their options before filling out and casting their ballots. The election atmosphere was solemn, democratic, and followed the procedures stipulated by law.
