The provincial Gratitude and Remembrance Fund aims to raise 800 million VND or more.

According to the Provincial Gratitude Fund's Action Plan for 2025, Party committees, government agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations at all levels have identified caring for and implementing preferential policies for those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution as a task for the entire political system and society.

Agencies, units, and localities should organize and implement practical and effective measures with a high sense of responsibility in caring for wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, and actively support the Gratitude Fund.

Mobilize officials, civil servants, employees, armed forces personnel, workers in agencies, organizations, businesses, and the people in the area to actively participate in contributing to and supporting the Gratitude Fund with their responsibility and affection in caring for the material and spiritual lives of wounded soldiers, families of martyrs, and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution.

The fundraising for the Gratitude Fund must be voluntary, objective, and purposeful; the management and use of the funds raised must be effective and contribute to improving the material and spiritual lives of meritorious individuals in the province.

The Gratitude and Repayment Fund at the commune, ward, and town level (collectively referred to as the commune level) mobilizes contributions from: individuals working in agencies, organizations, and households within the area directly managed by the commune.

The Gratitude and Repayment Fund of districts, towns, and cities (collectively referred to as the district level) mobilizes contributions from: Individuals working at agencies of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, political organizations, socio-political organizations, professional socio-political organizations, professional social organizations, and social organizations directly managed by the district level; administrative agencies, public service units, military and police agencies at the district level; and businesses and economic establishments in the area.

The provincial Gratitude and Repayment Fund mobilizes support from: Individuals working in agencies of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, political organizations, socio-political organizations, professional socio-political organizations, professional social organizations, and social organizations directly managed by the provincial level; administrative agencies, public service units, military and police agencies at the provincial level; and enterprises directly managed by the provincial level.

The Gratitude and Remembrance Fund at each level is managed and its funds are used in accordance with regulations by the Fund Management Board at that level.

Contributions to the Gratitude Fund are voluntary, reflecting the responsibility and sentiment of agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals. However, to effectively carry out the work of caring for those who have rendered meritorious service, we request that collectives and individuals actively participate in supporting the fund in a manner consistent with the economic development conditions of society.

For officials, civil servants, public employees, members of the armed forces, and workers, a donation of one day's salary is recommended. Individuals, agencies, units, and organizations that contribute more than the above-mentioned amount are welcome...

In 2025, the provincial Gratitude Fund aims to raise 800 million VND or more.
