Ham Minh People's Credit Fund announces changes in its operations

Pursuant to Decision No. 154/QD-KV10 dated May 5, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 10 Branch.

Ham Minh People's Credit Fund would like to announce as follows:

1. The charter capital of Ham Minh People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is: VND 4,422,843,689 (In words: Four billion four hundred twenty-two million eight hundred forty-three thousand six hundred eighty-nine dong).

2. Amend and supplement the business contents under License No. 24/GP-NHNN dated February 2, 2012 issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Province Branch, to Ham Minh People's Credit Fund as follows:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers of Ham Minh People's Credit Fund.

- Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of Ham Minh People's Credit Fund.

- Deposit money at cooperative bank.

- Participate in contributing capital to cooperative banks.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial bank, cooperative bank.
