Launching the model of "Posting and looking up administrative procedure information using QR-Code"

DTO - The People's Committee of Tan Thanh Commune, Thanh Binh District has just launched the model of "Posting and looking up administrative procedure information using QR-Code". This is the first commune to launch this model in the district.

At the launching ceremony of the model "Posting and looking up administrative procedure information using QR-Code"

The model applies to all administrative procedures (TTHC) under the jurisdiction of the commune-level state administrative agencies. The list of TTHC with QR-Code is located at the One-Stop Section of the commune and the headquarters of the People's Committee of 4 hamlets. Accordingly, when performing administrative procedures at the One-Stop Section, people only need to use a smartphone with Internet connection to scan the QR-Code, the system will display detailed information about the administrative procedure including: name of the administrative procedure, legal basis, dossier components, processing process, fees, processing time, forms, and contact information.

The model of "Posting and looking up information on administrative procedures using QR-Code" aims to improve the efficiency of management and publicization of administrative procedures, facilitate organizations and individuals in looking up information and reduce time and costs for performing administrative procedures, contributing to the goal of building a friendly government serving the people.
