This event marks a significant breakthrough for Ninh Binh in its roadmap for modernizing public administration and realizing the goal of building a digital government to serve the people. The province is proud to be the fourth locality nationwide (after Hanoi , Thanh Hoa, and Quang Ninh) to implement this convenient model.

The digital public service station applies artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent recognition technology to automate processes. Citizens only need to place their original documents into the kiosk; the system will automatically recognize, check, authenticate, and assist in issuing legally valid electronic copies in just a few minutes without having to wait in line.
In addition, the system integrates data from the National Population Database, VNeID identification, and Agribank's online payment platform, making it easy for people to submit applications, check results, and process procedures directly on their devices.

During the pilot phase, 10 digital public service stations will be put into operation at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and in communes and wards throughout the province. Automating the guidance and search processes will not only optimize time and printing costs for citizens but also significantly reduce the workload for administrative staff, allowing them to focus on their professional work and improve service quality.
