Launching the peak period of integrating electronic health books

On the morning of July 25, Bac Kan ward (Thai Nguyen province) held a launching ceremony to deploy the peak period of integrating electronic health books on the VNeID application and providing public digital signatures, serving digital transformation in the area.

Police officers in Bac Kan ward are promoting the benefits of using the electronic health record on the VNeID application and public digital signatures.

The peak period will be implemented according to the motto "going to every street, knocking on every door, checking every person," mobilizing the participation of the entire political system, community digital technology teams, the Project 06 Task Force, and agencies, units, and schools in the area.

The task force directly visited each household to disseminate information, guide people on installing the VNeID application, integrate the electronic health record, and assist with registering for public digital signatures. This fostered consensus and encouraged people to actively participate in and use the applications for medical examinations and treatment, online public services, and electronic transactions.

People were instructed to install the VNeID application, integrating the electronic health record, immediately after the launch ceremony.

Bac Kan ward aims to complete the integration of electronic health records for all residents participating in health insurance and having level 2 electronic identification accounts by the end of September 2025.

At the same time, the goal is to have at least 8,250 adult citizens issued with and using public digital signatures, thereby improving the efficiency of online public services, reducing paperwork, and shortening the time for processing administrative procedures.
