To ensure that learning from President Ho Chi Minh becomes increasingly profound, substantive, and a natural way of life, Party committees, government agencies, and socio- political organizations in Dong Thap province have been striving to incorporate this content into every activity, closely linking it to political tasks and spreading its positive values throughout life.

CREATING A CULTURE OF INTEGRITY AND THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SETTING A GOOD EXAMPLE

In 2026, the Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee identified the theme: "Promoting the cultural strength of the people of Dong Thap; upholding the responsibility of cadres and Party members, building a culture of integrity in accordance with the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh ."

This is not just a theoretical topic, but a solution to the practical problem of building a team of cadres who are both politically sound and professionally competent in the new era.

Comrade Phan Van Thang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thap province, emphasized: “Party committees, Party organizations, the government, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations at all levels need to focus on leading and directing the organization of the 2026 thematic study among cadres and Party members, and seriously and effectively disseminate it to the people.”

This is the most important criterion in evaluating and classifying cadres and Party members annually, closely linked to the strict implementation of Regulation 144 dated May 9, 2024, of the Politburo on the standards of revolutionary ethics for cadres and Party members in the new period.

Sharing the same view on enhancing a sense of responsibility, Ho Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of My Tho commune, said that the locality always focuses on disseminating and thoroughly understanding documents from higher levels.

At the same time, the commune advocates strengthening the exemplary role of key officials, determined to encourage and protect dynamic, creative officials who dare to think, dare to act, and dare to innovate for the common good, in order to advance the local movement.

To ensure that the spirit of learning from President Ho Chi Minh is deeply ingrained, Party committees at all levels proactively incorporate this content into regular meetings and thematic discussions with very practical content, tailored to the specific characteristics of each agency and unit.

In Go Cong Dong commune, the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021, of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW has been carried out synchronously and closely linked with Central Resolution 4 (12th and 13th Congresses) on Party building and rectification.

According to Ta Thi Thanh Tam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Go Cong Dong commune: "The commune Party Committee considers this a regular political task, a benchmark for evaluating party organizations and party members."
